The woman’s hip should be placed such a way that the sperm is kept inside and giving it time to meet its egg. The best position for getting pregnant is man on top of the woman. The other positions are elevating the hips, doggy style and also trying to have intercourse lying side by side. But I can say strongly that children are gifts from God. And so pleasing with a small prayer request would surely bestow its fruit.
